PROGRAMME

Summer Finds 27/09/2006
Hardly a surprise! I remember about 30 years ago when the Committee of the Edinburgh Branch of SPS were concerned if they could repeat this topic as the felt there would be nothing new. How wrong they were. As always please bring along your new pots.

Bells Glasgow Pottery   25/10/2006
I am delighted to be able to report that Harry Kelly’s health has much improved and he can now give us a talk on this subject. Harry has recently published his research by using the new medium of the Internet on www.bellsglasgowpottery.com

Alloa Pottery - Susan Mills  29/11/2006
We are indeed lucky to have the new speaker. Susan is the Museum & Heritage Officer for Clackmannanshire Council and naturally has taken a particular interest in this subject.

Social Evening 13/12/2006

A chance to enjoy a light supper and have an informal chat with other members and visitors. Talking about pottery is not compulsory!

Modern Scottish Studio Pottery -
Gus Martin
28/02/07

We all know Gus and his inevitable note books but not all of us have seen his collection of studio pottery or heard his research.

AGM and Members' Evening on Motto & Commemorative Wares. 28/03/07

Our annual general meeting is a necessary formality, but usually is kept very short and to the point. It will be followed by an informal discussion on members' items. Please bring along examples which need not be pottery.
