The title is NINE POTTERIES IN KIRKCALDY and is based on research carried out by members. This work includes a large quantity of so far unpublished details of the owners, buildings, workers and production methods of the well known major potteries. In addition details are given of the well known products such as Wemyss Ware, Abbotsford Ware, Rosslyn Ware and Rosslyn Jet along with many other trade names and substantial lists of transfer patterns used at the white ware potteries. An opportunity has alson been taken to correct a number of inaccuracies that have been previously published with the references for all the sources of information and details.
